HBS 3 - I ask for advice

Hello everybody.
I need to create a backup on s3. I need to have the different backup versions for 365 days.
So I need to be able to go back in time for up to 365 days. How should I set up the backup on HBS 3 and in particular
how should I set the version or smart versioning section?

Before asking for help, I tried to set up the backup program like this:

backup schedule:
Weekly: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Simple Versioning: 365 Preserved Versions

If I backup as above, when I check the bckups for example after 15 days, all the backups are the same as the first one, there are no differences from the first one. Because ?

Well, since you didn't indicate otherwise, does you source data actually change in this time period?

How are you comparing the backup images?
