How can I backup nas storage to PC on network or portable hard drive

Thanks, video is very informative, that will work. Guy is speaking very fast, but I got it.
If I use any program to back it up to PC, most I try let me choose only cloud backup,......
I understand, it is not like used to be Windows 7 backup, which I think compressed a files,...

If you want to pull the NAS shares to a computer..as said, use whatever myriads of programs out there..they can do plain file backups / versionung / containers / dedupe..etc
