HBS3 and OneDrive

Hi To all,

I was trying to connect my nas, TS-253D, to OneDrive for backup purpose with HBS3 (21.0.0926) but the connection does not finish..
It stays in "Loading" after to have inserted the account/password.

How to deal with it?
Advices?

Actually I tried now also with Dropbox...
Same just Loading message

I dont use OneDrive here, but connect with Dropbox is without any issues.
Try another browser, as far as I remember the "loading.." message was an issue from browser.

hi,
i had the same issue. following the hint from @FSC830 i did do same with firefox (usually i am using chrome) and it worked out, i was able to connect to onedrive again.

Working without problem here.

I am using HBS3 (21.0.0926) too on a TS-421P

Did you change OneDrive Password? Or deleted the destination file?

Maybe recreate the backup job and recreate the OneDrive storage space.
