I have an old TS-421 purely as backup storage for some things... Yes its old and slow as molasses. Latest firmware for this unit, 4.3.3.2211 is installed.
I am trying to enable some automation in copying files so i wanted to create a RTRR sync job from a couple other QNAPs I have.
I cannot enable the RTRR server from this TS-421, or attach a "storage space" from another QNAP's RTRR server which is confirmed working.
The symptoms from Backup Station (OR Hybrid Backup Sync) is that after I enable RTRR, quit the Backup Station (or HBS) the settings are not preserved. Tried restarting, does not seem to help.
Does it matter that the other two QNAP's are x86, and the old TS-421 is ARM?
