DROBO FS - QNAP using Hybrid Sync 3

Hey all,

Hoping for some guidance...Recently purchased the TS 464 and migrating data from an old DROBO FS. (7TB). I have created a mount of the Drobo and am using I am using Hybrid Sync over the modem/router (both connected via ethernet)....Very slow... anyway I can speed things up? Also, Hybrid sync is increasingly estimating a larger data size (then whats on the DROBO...) Any ideas?
