Hybrid Backup Sync from OneNote to TS451 Very Slow

I want to use my TS-451 to backup my OneDrive files.
Hybrid Backup Sync can be setup easily. I use Mirror. My OneDrive has about 17K files. 49GB.
I had run this for 2 days and the majority of the files have been mirrored, but was interrupted.
While running I would be luck to see download rates of 90-100 KBps. I have 100Mbps internet.
I start it again and now 2 Hours running and it is still calculating and not even started transferring.
I can manually copy the files faster in File Station.
What am I doing wrong?

Follow-up ... 2.5 hours now completed "calculating' and in running mode now. Estimated completion is 2043. Transfer a Bytes per second, not even KB. UGH.
