The more people that open tickets the quicker (hopefully) it will get fixed.
Use the forum search feature before posting.
Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.

So I finally got around to revisiting this issue and it looks like QNAP has finally released the update that should fix this. Changelog for Version 2.1.171130 specifically mentions a fix for back blaze authentication timeout. Appears to have been released early December. Going to update and give it a shot. I'll let you know how it goes.

This issue is resolved. I tested with really large file that took days to upload.

I am still having this issue on Hybrid Backup Sync 2.1.180516 running on QTS 4.3.4.0644 Build 20180710 on a TS-851.
I have a large job that fails 24 hours after it starts, always with this error: "Authentication error from cloud service. Log into cloud account again."

Yes. I'm seeing the same thing. But it does seem to auto-start again. I haven't been restarting it manually.

Having the same issue. Opened a ticket but I have yet to ever receive a reply from them from opening a ticket beyond "hey we opened your ticket". I've wound up using SmartFTP to sync my large files to Backblaze from the QNAP storage as that does not have this issue so far. Really hope they fix this soon as it's cumbersome.
