Hybrid Backup Sync to Wasabi - Backup Errors & Restore Individual Files

I am testing Backup & Restore from local QNAP to Wasabi Cloud Storage.
I have two questions.
1. Backup
During the backup some errors show up in the event logs:

I tested the restoration of some of these files and there does not seem to be any issue with restored content. (Pictures are good, videos play as expected).
Erroneous errors will make it difficult to determine validity of the backup.

2. Restore
Tested restore from Wasabi and it seems that there is not any way to restore individual files in a folder.
Only selections available are a folder itself (which DOES NOT restore subfolders unless selected) or 'All of the files in the folder':

Is there any way to be able to select individual files?
