HBS 3, backup to google drive successful but i get a notification saying "Exceeded the cloud storage usage threshold"

hello,

i just recently started using using Hybrid Backup Sync 3 to back up to google drive. the job says the back up is successful every night, but in the notifications, i get an alert saying "Exceeded the cloud storage usage threshold". i have a google business account with unlimited storage with an individual file size limit at 5TB, but the entire back up is only 1TB.

last 3 items in the report.
info 2019-08-07T15:29:49.559723-04:00 [Hybrid Backup Sync] Finished Backup job: Google"."
warn 2019-08-07T15:28:51.642064-04:00 [Hybrid Backup Sync] Backup job Google": Exceeded the cloud storage usage threshold."
info 2019-08-07T15:04:01.451814-04:00 [Hybrid Backup Sync] Started Backup job: Google"."

how can the job be successful if i supposedly ran out of space? is there a way to tell which files, if any, failed to back up?

thanks

I get the same error. Using HBS 3, doing a backup job to Backblaze. Hopefully someone has an answer.

The job didn't run out of space, it simply exceeded a threshold set on your cloud storage.

You must have a threshold alert set somewhere for Google Drive.

I had the same issue. There is a default 200gb limit warning in HBS. viewtopic.php?f=324&t=150242

as mentioned in the OP, the limit is set to 1TB per single file and unlimited total storage. there are no bandwidth limitations. there is no option to even set such a limitation.

Came to say that this worked for me too, once I got to it - are you able to mark that as the solution so that others can find it quickly?

nope. doesn't look like there is a "solution" feature for this forum.
