RTRR problem.
I have set up to RTRR from my NAS 1 to NAS 2. Both are TS-853A NAS.
I noticed when I set up the RTRR the "Real-time" button is greyed out. The only buttons that are available is the Disabled and the Scheduled buttons.
I want to set so the real-time is used.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
One way sync, local folder to remote folder.
Firmware: 4.4.1.1081 Build 20191006
I don't know what HBS is.
I'm not an expert, any assistance is greatly appreciated...
Thanks

Re: RTRR problem.
Go To Overview and scroll down to see logs
Otherwise the Diagnostic Tool has more detailed logs or use SSH "log_tool -qv"

Re: RTRR problem.
I've managed to get Hybrid Backup Sync installed. I see that after installation "Backup Station" is gone.
I've had success backing up a small folder from my source to target that I did not do with RTRR. When I try to backup from my main folders sub folder (previously used with RTRR) I got the error as shown on the attachment.
Could it be that some remnants of the RTRR in the target is making a problem ? I prefer not to have to delete the target folder as it holds a lot of data.
As you can see I'm not experienced at all with the system and any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Re: RTRR problem.
So create a new job that points at a different destination folder.
Obviously you will twice the space if you keep the old backups.

Re: RTRR problem.
I've tried that. See attached.
I've tried from different folders on the source to different folders on the target.
I still get this message each time.
Any thoughts ? I'm completely confused.

Re: RTRR problem.
Look in the logs they may give more help.
Go to job, click report, the Logs and save the file and open and browse through it.
Maybe a false message, the problem could be something else!
Let us know.
