Sync local disk\documents to local NAS

Hi

I would like my document-folder to sync with my local NAS (TS-453Be) on continuously basis.

Using Qsync, I can only get the document folder to be copied to C:\Qsync (and synced to NAS) but the document folder is not synced continuously.

Using HBS3 Hybrid Backup Sync, I can only backup/sync from/to Remote NAS

Please advice?
