Failed to install Hybrid Backup Sync due to data file error

Installing Hybrid Backup Sync 3.0.200113 fails with the following error message: Failed to install Hybrid Backup Sync due to data file error.

All apps and firmware are up to date. Security counsellor reports no risks (intermediate policy).

Anybody experienced this or has any ideas of what is wrong?

PROBLEM SOLVED
This issue was resolved by a 10 sec hardware reset and reinstalling all apps, reconfiguring the NAS etc.
