I upgraded to version 5.0.0.1409 last week and since then any Qsync folders are not displaying preview information in the preview plane in Windows Explorer on my PC.
All non Qsync folders display as normal.
It has also started displaying a "Status" column in Explorer since this upgrade.
I could do with getting the preview plane working again as I use it a lot.

Looks like "Space-saving Mode" was enabled on all my shared folders during the upgrade.
Don't know how this could have happened as I don't use cloud storage.
All back to normal again.

I'm experiencing this but I can't fix it. The preview pane does not work for image files in a qsync drive. Images in other folders OneDrive and locally preview. Word and Excel files preview in qsync. Unsupported files give a "no preview available" but image files the preview pane is blank.
I'd love to fix this.
This is a new computer that I haven't used full time and I think this is a recent issue but can't be sure and I might be confused with my laptop. Maybe it's always been like this.
