Hi all,
Sorry if it is not in the right category, I did not find where to put it.
I have a windows 10 machine with qsync installed (5.0.0.1409), I would like to use the contextual menu (right clic) in windows explorer to use the saving space mode but the menu does not appear.
- I checked with CCcleaner in context menu that QsyncExt.dll was enabled
- A strange thing is the menu appears for folders outside of the qsync folder but not for folders within it.
- I tried to reinstall the Qsync client but no success.
- I have another windows 10 machine and not problem with it.
I there a way to fix that or to set up the saving space mode in another way?
Thanks,
Nostromos

Re: Qsync contextual menu Windows 10
I am seeing exactly the same issue on a NEW Win 10 Pro machine running 5.0.1.0319
Was there ever a solution?

Re: Qsync contextual menu Windows 10
UPdate:
The issue is with the Space Saving Mode!
Disconnecting the Folder and then reconnecting BUT Disable space-saving Mode and the contect menu comes back.
Also if the Space Saving Mode is Enabled and set to 2Available Off-Line" then when clicking on a file you get a message saying the file cannot be downloaded please make sure the Qsync client is running... IT IS RUNNING.
