I cannot update Rsync.
QNAP TS-853U-RP
Last Version 4.5.2.1630
CPU Intel Celeron CPU J1900 2.00 Ghz
I have Rsync version 3.0.7 protocol version 30
How can I update rsync for command line?
[/bin] # qpkg
[/bin] # ipkg
-sh: ipkg: command not found
[/bin] # opkg
-sh: opkg: command not found

In that case you are stuck with the QNAP supplied rsync. To have some choice you do need entware and it's packaged rsync.

How can I install entware? When Im installing (Entware-ng_0.97.qpkg) i dont know what to do. There is no installed version of rsync. opkg update command not working.
