HB3 Restore Job Failure

I have tried to restore from an a previous back up job, which was to external usb unit at the time. The job completed successfully or so I had though, as there was no indication as to it not succeeding at the time.

However, I have tried to restore this from both HB3 on then nas, and the QuDedupExTool on both Mac and Windows, and is encrypted I wish I hadn't followed the advise.

Anyhow, it is not a complete failure - as it partial restores about 1/3 of the data - but although I can see the content is still there due to the space being used on the drive it failures to extract the remaining files which was mostly all my media, etc.

Any advise other than open a ticket as it its as pain tbh thanks
