Add me to the list. Noticed that my OneDrive backup failed last night.

Anyone know if a trouble report has been generated for this? Or are we just hoping that some one on staff will happen to read this thread?

I wonder how Qnap fixed it. Presumably by not using the API call that's no longer available to personal accounts... so why did it need to be used at all?

Why hasn't MS mentioned they changed the API? Why aren't they sending the proper status code

This bug was fixed on HBS V17.1.0716
Like said We will have to wait for this version or later to be published
But has been fixed today.

Me too.
TS-251+, last update for all QNAP SW.
HBS told: Cloud storage service unavailable. From File Manager, instead, it is possible to access to the same Cloud Service (OneDrive) and create a remote unit that work fine.
It seems that is a specific issue of HBS.
Waiting for a solution.
No one of the suggested ones by QNAP works.

870 Pro is EOL (like my NAS) and 4.3.x is the latest firmware available, of which I believe HBS 3.x is also the latest available. I have asked if this fix is going to come to us too.

Same error, it started with messages about not being able to sync... then suddenly fixed itself, to then fail again... I errased the storage space within HBS3, and also revoked permissions at my onedrive account to the HBS app... and now I can not create the storage space again... however the process creates the permissions within onedrive app... but the process to create the storage space finishes with the "cloud service error"... so it seems to fail in the middle of something, probably trying to understand the directory structure within the onedrive account. However, as others have written, the Hybrid Mount app works fine with my onedrive account, so ther should be something in the way the connector between HBS3 and onedrive work. Qnap already answered that they found the but, and the fix is comming in a new release, however it is not clear when will that happen. In the meantime if someone knows about an alternative solution (with other SW) it would be great... Thanks!
