error restore with Hyper data protector

Hi,

after backup job complete from host 1 esxi 6.5, i try restore vm in to new location host 2 with esxi 7, but receive the error attached at moment create a recovery job

any else have this problem?

best to contact qnap...hdp seeems to be an alround catastrophe

it cannot be recovered/migrated when the NAS dies
it cannot restore virtual machines larger than 1.5TB
etc
