HBS 3 v19.1.0517 not showing incoming jobs
We have been using HBS 3 for some time now to sync NAS folders at remote sites to our corporate NAS using RRTR as the receiver and RSYNC as the sender at the remote sites. We recently upgraded to 19.1.0517 and the incoming jobs no longer show on the receiving NAS. How do I downgrade to the previous version? Is there a patch being worked on to resolve this?

Re: HBS 3 v19.1.0517 not showing incoming jobs
I'm using the same version (19.1.0517) and remote incoming jobs via rrtr show up fine.
If you have a backup copy of an older package, you can manually install it.
QNAP doesn't come here, this is a user forum, so if you expect or want patch information, you'd have to contact them directly. Have you tried logging the issue with them?

I have not reached out to QNAP yet.
The weird thing is that there are two jobs running but there are no jobs listed on the incoming jobs page. I can see the data coming in but the only signs of them are outside of HBS.

I have created a ticket with QNAP support. Let's see how that goes.

I just realized I'm having the same issue. Recreating the job, on both sides of the sync still fails with a database error or [Hybrid Backup Sync] Finished Sync job "QNAP SYNC" with errors. Failed to copy all data and attributes.

You can download the previous version here : https://download.qnap.com/QPKG/HybridBa ... x86_64.zip
Change log : https://www.qnap.com/en/app_releasenote ... bridBackup
Download the previous version and from the App Center, select install manually the zip file you downloaded. It will replace the newer version. Disable automatic App updates with notification only, so you can manually update until they release a newer HBS3 that fixes the sync connection issues.
Syncing works again!
