Backup on a web Server

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to backup a folder on my qnap 109 to a web server. The server is ssh secured. I thought about doing 1 full backup (image) and 10 daily incremental backups (image) before the next full backup(image). Could anybody help me to achive that?
With a normal internet connection a daily synchronization is probably not is it?
