I'm not sure that UPnP forwarded services would forward the port of download station, but I may be wrong...?cico66 wrote:Hello

You can try to manually forward the ports 6881-6889 to your local NAS IP.
- Service Type: UDP
External Starting Port: 6881
External Ending Port: 6889
Use the same port range for Internal port: Enabled
Internal IP address: Your NAS static IP

Did you go into BT tabs in Download Station settings?cico66 wrote:transmission is no compatible whit firmware 4.3 and how i can forward manually?

I just noticed that the option for UPnP is there.
Also, you can download transmission or deluge, etc via Container Station.
You must type 'transmission' in the search bar. No need for QPKG, though I imagine you'll have to learn to set it all up.

Re: Download station 5.0 not download any torrent
Hi everyone,
I have a TS-269 Pro and i am also having a similar issue with the download station 5.0.22 (20161222) firmware update. Since, the 5.0 firmware some two months back i guess, i am unable to download any Torrent files videos. it starts downloading and stops at 25-30 % download. I have checked all the settings but cannot find anything that is unusual. I think that this issue must be resolved by the developer or else we should be given the option to revert back to the old firmware which was working fine.
Hope that this issue is resolved at the earliest, because it's more than 2 months now.
Cheers,

Re: Download station 5.0 not download any torrent
Hi All,
I have got similar issues, BT downloads in download station won't start. I feel t his happened after one of the FW in Q4 2016 but can't tell which one.
HW: TS251+, SW version 4.2.3 (13 Feb '17), Download station version = 4.3.0 (20160711) i.e. this is actually not about version 5.0
Nevertheless and just to share: what helps for me mostly is to change the BT configuration settings in download station
I.e. go to settings => BT and
- either disable all the 4 options related to port handling like "Enable UPnP port mapping", "Enable DHT network", ... => all 4 of these options off
- or - if they are off - enable all them
Download usually starts after i made the transition from all enabled to all disabled or vice versa
Not that I consider this to be a solution, it really is an ugly workaround that I am not happy to have to rely on at all..
But somehow download station needs kind of kick start to get going...
Looking forward to a solution from QNAP!

Re: Download station 5.0 not download any torrent
Hello,
I have a new NAS TS-328, but DS unfortunately does not work. DS Version: 5.2.0 and QTS: 4.3.6.0883 (2019/03/16)
I tried to uninstall / install DS, manually set the network but nothing helped. In my PC, the torrents download without any problems (the same ones that are not downloaded on the TS-328).
All torents I try to download will be inactive.
Everything else on the TS-328 works fine.
I was still wondering if the download could only work on one network card (TS-328 has two) - I have only the first network card connected so far.
Can you help me?
Thank you for your advice Lukas
