im having the same issue. I wrote support. They replied saying that it is a know issue and that a fix will be ready next month.
I think this is a bad response. It good that there will be a fix soon, but a the very least they should give instructions on how to roll back to the last working version.
I cant seem to roll back, so by the time the fix comes out, my download station will be down for 2 months.
This is not acceptable. Im so disappointed in qnap.
Just allow us to roll back until the update comes out.

Yeah i'm having the same issue, just today my download station went offline after running fine for the last almost 13 days.
I'm on the QTS 4.3.3.0188

5.0.48 is out. Doesn't specifically mention fixing this issue in the ChangeLog, but fingers crossed...

I just updated this Download Station to the latest 5.0.48 but still get the same problem.

This worked for me.
Open the App Center.
Click the down arrow on the Download Station Icon.
Mouse hover over Connect to.
Ensure your primary ethernet port is checked.

Thanks Cubbies, too bad QNAP helpdesk couldn't have figured this out. My NAS is using port # 2, and soon as I switched off port 1 (default gateway), I was up and running. Apparently the firmware changed personal settings, and put stuff back to default settings.

I tried to change Port but didn't work. I installed a new release minutes ago but problem persist. Anyone had received a feedback From qnap support?

Did you open a ticket with QNAP?
Use the forum search feature before posting.

I have upgraded from 4.2.4 to 4.3 and also upgrade Download station to 5.0.28 for several weeks already but never have this problem.
The file also move from temp folder to destination folder after finish download torrent and continuous seeding.
I am quite happy with this version.
Hope your problem get solved after upgrade to this version too.
