Download station 5 loosing half of my torrent files

Hello,
i just bought my first NAS ever. Its QNAP TS-251. But i have a problem, i am using a Download station 5, but only aproximately half of my files actually save on the hard drive to the directory where they are supposed to. In Download station they look the same - all of them show compelete 100 percent, but only some of them are actually in the directory, other half is just lost, nowhere to be found. Just downloaded like 20 torrents, but only 11 of them are actually there, others are gone, even if the application says they downloaded just fine.

I found those missing files in temporary files. What they share in common is that , when the files are completed they do not move from the temp file and they retain the .dsdownload extension.
