Not listed in Application Privilege for domain users

Hello,

I'm new at using DS on my QNAP TS-853 Pro, running 4.3.3, and having an issue i need your help with please:
I've just installed DS from QNAP app store, local admin can access DT just fine, i can add local nas users the app privilege to access DT, but when i try to do the same for domain users, DT is not listed.
The thing here, i don't use at all any local users but only domain users. I need them to be able to access DS with their domain account

Is it a limit of DS or there is something wrong in my setup?
