Download station cannot see 'homes' folder

I've checked permissions on the folder and it has the same settings as other folders that can be seen by Download Station.

I have mapped network PC's to see the homes folder per family member so being able to download directly to homes would save me extra steps.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
