Download Station with Transmission/2.92 for PT

Hi,
I noticed that it's possible configure Download Station to use Transmission/2.92 for PT.
I've tried the setting and can see from my PT site the client is indeed Transmission/2.92.
However I have problem with port for incoming connections, it advertises other peers to use 4xxxx (random and changes when DS restarts), but no process is listening to that port on the NAS. Anyone knows how DS supports Transmission? Is it possible to configure transmission myself?
