DS asking for user and password and does not accept any

Hi,

I have a TS-420 and updated to ne new FW version 4.3.3.1315 Build 20200611 and download station is asking me for a password and user
and it is not accepting any.

I only have one user, admin and that is it.

And when I try to login, I get a notification that the service is disabled...
