Filter and sort conditions have been reseted

Once I upgrade the Download Station to version 5.8.1.226, I found my filter and sort conditions of download mission list have been reset. And I set them to my favourite setting. But after I open Download Station next time (usually the next day), they have been reset again(with no upgrade). How can I make the soft remember my setting.
