That's right I tried with the 4.1.3 0803 and still the same.
I did send a mail to the support and no reply.
You should open a ticket if it's not done already.

But impossible to make it work with HMA, I tried PPT or open VPN and each time I got connection failed.

Hello Mr. pwilson
I am trying to install speedtest-cli on my QNAP TS-569L (latest firmware) and I am not able to do that! :-0

This procedure works on Mac and not in the QNAP:

https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli

So I tried to install the " pip " using this guide, but unsuccessfully:

Please can you help me?
Thanks!

I am experiencing the same issue with QVPN 1.0.17083 and HMA. With the Beta 1.0.17193 I cannot even connect to the VPN servers (tried two different) with OpenVPN with the Beta, which at least worked with the old version. I tried only to configure it via GUI. Does anybody know about the status of this bug?
Cheers,
Matthias

Instead of reopen a many year old interoperability or configuration problem thread, talk to the issuer of the Beta VPN package direct.
