Media Streaming Add-on 411.1.1.0 can't access USB drive

Post by misterblue31 » Wed Jun 12, 2019 8:46 pm

Hello, I have a TS431P2 4GB of ram.
It is equipped with 2 HDD Raid 1 and 1 HDD NTFS USB connected to the back of the NAS.
Media Streaming Add-on 411.1.1.0 accesses the "Multimedia" folder of my HDD Raid 1 (DataVol1) by default, but I can not access my USB HDD (USBDisk1) on which I have video files.
I also have this problem with VideoStation. With PhotoStation 6.0.0 or MusicStation 5.3.0, I can access my USB drive without problems.
With my old Nas TS209II and TwonkyMedia, I could choose the folders and drives to use, but nothing is set with Media Streaming Add-On.

Where does this problem come from and does a solution exist?
