that old Atom should be 64 bit, so the 4.3.3 for your unit should be 64bit

Twonky was not working just after.
I removed the package and reinstalled the 64 bit version.

I already had a licence, i bought it after the 30 day trial period, it is not free but it not a rip-off either.

The libraries and some settings are gone, but works again.

My NAS is a HS-251+

Tried Plex but didn't like it. Purchased a licence and went back to Twonky. Now happily running Twonky 8.4 with no issues. I think it cost about £17. Well worth it as it's what I'm used to so no need to alter anything on my home network. Im using a TS-453a

The code is not associated with my email. You register the Linx account yourself. If there are any difficulties, I will help them to solve or return the money. The key acts on three servers.

Does Twonky 8.3 Working with Qnap firmware 4.3.3 ?? I installed this package on firmware 4.3.2 - TwonkyServerEU_8.3_x86_64.qpkg.

Will I need to update the license to Twonly 8.4.2 ?

Hi I have just upgraded my 4 Qnap boxes to 4.3.3. I read about the issues people were having and held off upgrading all of them until I had a solution. I can confirm that the upgrade from 4.2.5 running Twonky 8.2.1.0 works without issue.
I am now running 4.3.3 and Twonky 8.2.1.0 on all 4.

There was no issue that I know of, what do you mean? (other than the free license removed)

Hi Dolbyman, these are free licence versions ( I don't pay for 8.2.1.0). From reading on other forums people were saying that Twonky had disappeared after moving to 4.3.3. There was talk of 32bit to 64 bit issues also. All seems to work as it did before, if anything a little faster when rendering the folder list. I know that the 8.3 installations onwards appear to require a licence, but 8.2.1.0 doesn't. Hope that makes sense?
