App Not Showing

I just installed a new app in the App Center but it does not show when I access my NAS directly and viewing on my connected TV.

Any idea why this would be the case?

The app in question is the Plex Media Server. I installed it directly from the App Center on my NAS and then rebooted the box, but the app is only visible when I login online

I am just wanting to use it to watch the NFL channel using my Game Pass subscription

Any help gladly accepted

the server does not really show anything

you would need the plex client (check if that is available for hdstation)
