About:
WebTools 2.x is a collection of utilities to help with the management of your Plex Server.
This plugin is not limited to the usual channel interface. Instead, it utilizes a built-in webserver to display a responsive web interface which also works on mobile devices, allowing you to manage your Plex Server from any device.

It would appear that the developer is still active on a similar project, but that the particular one you reference is possibly no longer being developed. The developer decided to go in a whole different direction with WebTools, in that it's no longer a Plex Plugin and is instead a stand-alone application that's meant to be installed on a client (Windows, Mac, Linux) machine, and then remotely connects to the Plex server instance to perform its actions. As such, there appears to be no intention to ever make a server/headless version of it that would run on a standard QNAP server. But perhaps a QNAP with graphics hardware could install it?

See WebTools-NG by the same developer:

WebTools still work at the time of writing, but as others has mentioned, Plex is phasing out their plugin framework, so I had to go down another route, and selected Electron

As such, WebTools-NG (Next Generation) is a pure C/S solution, that runs on Windows, Mac and Linux, but since it has a GUI, not on QNAP

Best Regards

(Author of WebTools)
Running on TS-1079Pro(i386), TS-679Pro (i386), TS-220 (Arm-x19), TS-131 (Arm-V7). All running Plex
Help me developing the following Plex tools, that all runs on QNAP:
Find Unmatched, SRT2UTF-8, Remote Indexer, Plex2CSV, PlexInst4QNAP, UnSupported AppStore Installer, Dev Tools, WebTools

was posting about something unrelated but i posted my plex logs to the plex forums and they said,
And unrelated, but ExportTools plugin has been replaced with GitHub - WebTools-NG/WebTools-NG: WebTools Next Generation for Plex
is that even something I can upgrade?

@ukdtom what is a c/s solution?
