DLNA Automatic Full Scanning

When i add files to the DLNA server directories it seems to scan them but it doesn't rescan if I move them around.

It also takes awhile when i add a new file.

Is there any way to configure the frequency of the full scans that occur when you hit the "Scan Now" button on the settings page?
