Kodi 19 - TrueHD

Anybody has any idea/method to enable the Kodi (in Qnap NAS) to be able to play movie with TrueHD/Atmos sound effect?

As you posted in media streaming (and not playback)...you need to post your playback/software hardware info
I can play TrueHD (w Atmos) just fine from both my 419p+ and my 951X ... with external players of course (Kodi/Plex/DLNA)

You make it difficult to help yourself because you write so little information.
If you use setup
NAS HDMI out » receiver » TV and no sound then check KODI settings-system-audio-audio passthrough. Enable passthrough and TrueHD capable receiver.
If you do not see these options enable expert level in KODI.
If you use setup
NAS HDMI out » TV » receiver then
additionally check if your TV have ARC or eARC. You need eARC for TrueHD.
