Media loads after some time

Hi,

My Harddsik failed so I replaced with new HDisk. I have to reconfigure from scratch(Factory default) and created one thick volume on the new Harddisk. I created shared folder and shared in Multimedia console. I uploaded some movies into that shared folder. I am trying to open those movies with Kodi but it takes about 15-20 seconds to open/start the movie. I have installed Media Streaming add-on, Plex and Video station. I have QNAP TS251A. Earlier it was opening media as soon as I click on it.

I would really appreciate any help. I tried to find solution reading manual and also searching on this forums but I am new so it is little challenge for me.

Too little information, however, it seems that you now have the latest HD Station that is not working properly and is slow.
