Ever since I upgraded to QTS 4.5.3.1670 which required Media Streaming Add-on 500.0.0.1, DLNA no longer re-indexes whenever I add any files to my Multimedia folder. I have to manually update indexing (Control Panel, DLNA Media Server, Scan now).
I contacted QNAP and they were able to temporarily resolve my issue by editing the DLNA Content Management list (Multimedia Cnsole, Content Management, DLNA, Edit). Now it's broken again...
Any ideas?
