Trying to install "Multimedia Console 1.5.3) on QTS 5.0.0.1891 and its failing.. Their is no errors or popups to indicate such in Logs.. just silently fails

It downloads in APp Center, but it it looks like it's installing as "progress" is 100% but the status does not change.

Basically, all the screenshots i've seen online are outdated with enabling DLNA, so i thought it must now be part of Multimedia Console..'
I wanting to connect NAS up to Smart TV to steam movie content.. (for reference out SmartTV is He-sense - Model: 434S

We can't install Plex, due to old Apple TV 3 still being used. and since DLNA is universal anyway, there is noting extra to install on TV.. so i gathered it would "just work", (...if only i could only install multimedia console on NAS in the first place that is)...

has anyone has any success installing Mutimedia console on QTS 5.0.0 specially? I've looked through QTS 5.x and can no longer find DLNA anywhere, so i only assume its part of the app.
