I got a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, I then install qfile to get to movies stored on my NAS. However, I cannot connect to it at all using the correct login and password.
It shows:
Connection Failed
Check your connection settings of your QNAP and mobile device and try again.
Or, the QNAP device may not support this application.
I know I was successful with this app on my phone in the past. I tried it again on my phone to now see the same message for it.
Does qfile still work under Android?

Qfile on my Android Tablet works. Tested one minute ago.
Can you connect your Nas with Qmanager ?

Re: Qfile Is No Longer Able To Connect
I just installed qmanager on my phone to see the same connection failure.
I figured out the issue.
I used to be able to login using admin account, and I did this for qfile in the last. It looks like QNAP changed this to disallow admin from logging into mobile apps. This was never a problem in the past, but now it will not work.
I used my personal account instead of admin to login with no issue.
