Hi,
I can access my qnap server via qfile and see the directories but I'am unable to access them.
I already checked user permissions and I'am able to access all directories from PC.
When I try to open a directory via Qfile I always get message 'network connection failed'.
PC and mobile are both in the same wireless lan.
Any idea?

Can you please post your NAS firmware version and build number?
And because of your specific question, can you please include your iOS version and Qfile version numbers too?

Looks like QNAP have literally just updated the Qfile app. When I checked yesterday, I was on 2.4.2, this morning I'm on 2.5.0.
As they have fixed some bugs, can you please confirm if the problem you saw is still there?

OK, as you're using the 'beta' QTS firmware, please create a support ticket with QNAP and advise them of the problem you've found.
