Qfile background upload photos and videos is terribly slow

Post by franktsang »

Qfile background upload photos and videos is terribly slow.
It has taken 2hours to transfer 290+ pictures.
is there any update to improve the performance?

are you referring to the mobile app?

what device are you using? also what connectivity? wifi? what are your networking hardware and how exactly is it setup :X

for troubleshooting, install a speedtest on your mobile device then run it, see what internet speed your getting. also make sure your transfer using the same connection which you tested for :) and make sure nothing is throttling the speed.
