*not fixed* media apps not able to connect after firmware update

after updating the NAS (TS-253a) to the new firmware (4.3.4.0483) my qvideo, qmusic, and qphoto apps longer are able to connect to the NAS. they see the NAS but give me an incorrect username or password error when trying to connect. my other apps still work fine (qvr, qfile etc). Any ideas?

Fixed*
i figured it out. what fixed it was removing the media folders from mutimedia management, then re adding the media folders and allowing the library to reinitialize. the apps now are able to connect again. sidenote: many others probably didn't have this issue because i use my qsync subfolders as my media folders, not the main multimedia folder.

now back to tackling my issues with the apps themselves...

i spoke too soon...the apps are back to not connecting again. so frustrated. any ideas what i'm doing wrong? or is it a bug that i am chasing? i put a ticket in but no response yet, since this all developed over the weekend.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so, what was the fix? I'm having the same issue and I just started using QPhoto on iPhone.

I figured it out, PhotoStation was not enabled on the NAS.
