QPhoto App loading performance slow

Hi Everybody,

i am a newbie using a QNAP NAS. Currently i am facing problems with the loading performance of pictures using the the Qphoto App on my phone over the internet
When i open a folder with lets say 20 pictures the thumbnails need around 30 sec. to load. A single picture need to load around the same time.

When i use a Smartshare link created in the Photostation it is much faster. here it takes around 1 sec to load the same 20 thumbnails and also a whole picture takes only 1 sec.

i am running out of ideas, what the reason is.
is it maybe because i use Cloudlink for connection?

Did you check the loading is only for thumbnails?
