problem when starting qnap Ts128A

I managed to register the device but when I connect it asks for the keys and when entering username and password it tells me that it is not correct or it tells me that it is no longer valid, I only have ipad, so I installed it from an iPad, how can I fix it?

I guess you are doing a cloud setup ?
never done it ...so no clue about the process

but as long as your ipad has a webbrowser and you can find out the local ip of your nas (check your router dhcp reservations) you should be able to configure it via qts webfrontend
