QNAP NAS Community Forum

Hello all,

I used to watch the videos from my QNAP NAS via my samsung S10 and plex mobile.
This day, for no apparent reason, plex on mobile told me that the "indirect connection is impossible" and therefore went into indirect. (klingeltöne downloaden)

With largely degraded videos. even though I haven't touched anything on my NAS configuration.

Where could this problem come from ?

I know the plex web client can connect to a plex server without a direct (port forward) connection .. with limited bandwidth (max 2 mbit) .. wasn't aware that the android app could do that too

is that the issue ?
