Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a way to use a smartphone to play music on the NAS through the built-in speaker of the NAS (TS-453BT3 model)?

I am using QMusic app on iPhone but there is no option to chose to play the music on the NAS itself through the built-in speaker...

I know there is a digital line out this model of NAS, but I don't want to use it. All I want is to be able to launch music on my NAS using my iPhone and using the built-in speaker. Is that possible?

No idea where you have seen any digital "line out" on the NAS .. it has two HDMI (is that what you mean ?)

Even if your requested task was possible, the speaker in these devices is barely enough for notification "blips" and music would sound like the proverbial "headphones in a soup bowl"
