Hello!
Have 8Disk QNAP TS-853U-RP
Create two RAID GROUP RAID10 ( 4 DISK 1,2,3,4 ) and RAID GROUP RAID5 ( 4 DISK 5,6,7,8 )
and then create LUN on BOTH RAID GROUP
MAP to ESXi Host and create two disk on VM
RAID10 and RAID5 identical performance
why?

Not enough disks to make a difference and max performance on that box limited.
