Hi, we have an ISCSI lun mapped as row disk by a VMWare 5.1.0 2323236 cluster (6 nodes) used as backup storage for VEEEAM backup solution. When Qnap is rebooted the storage remains offline. The only way to bring it back online is to reboot one ESX node. The path became inactive but the state is mounted. Is there any way to have ISCSI lun on line without rebooting the ESX host ?
Qnap: TS-EC1679U-RP
Firmware: 4.2.1 20160601 (but the problem is also on other qnap with 4.2.3 20170121).
Thanks
Alessandro Bertinotti

Re: ISCSI row mapped disk offline after reboot
You should be disconnecting the datastore from VMware before rebooting the Qnap. That is your problem.
