LUN backup to remote NAS

I'm and trying to increase the throughput of an iSCSI LUN backup to another NAS.

Both on the same LAN, connected to same switch and I'm only getting a throughput of 8MB and it seems to be consistently only 8MB.

Is this a limitation of the device or some hard coded setting?

My QNAP is a TS-853a on firmware 4.3.3.0238 and the other NAS is a NetGear ReadyNAS NV+.

I really hope I can do something to speed this up, 1.2TB or a 3TB LUN took over 40 hours to back up.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Better to approach is probably to replicate from host. Qnap LUN backup is slow.
