Need Help Converting Scsi Lun from Thick to Thin

Hi, I'm new to QNAP and new to Forum.
I created a Scsi Volume on my QNAP for direct Transfer from an old 10 TB external drive. I initially made the volume Thick. Now my QNAP shows a error Message regarding the Pool Threshold.
Now I want to convert the Volume to Thin. However, when I follow the steps to storage and snapshots "Actions" drop down does not offer me the option to convert thick thin. Any help is appreciated.
